Nick A. (at Nick’s request) was the principal of Powersports Network. A few years ago, he (as his company) filed a lawsuit against William “Michael” Love d.b.a MoonGear.com. There were multiple claims against MoonGear.com including tortious interference with a contract, unjust enrichment and conspiracy.

Love defended himself against PSN’s attorney David Hanson (a Lawyer in Milwaukee, Wisconsin) in front of Chief Judge Rudolph T Randa in the Wisconsin Eastern District Federal Court. Michael prevailed by the decision of a jury of six.

A point and fact as it was discovered during the course of the trial is Nick’s statement to Michael Love via telephone, “I will own your company.” Although Nick may have felt some disappointment at trial’s end, Love’s company (MoonGear.com) is still owned by Love.
